Co-designing Retrospective think aloud
Request this paperIn this paper I investigate whether or not there is a difference between novices and experienced users in their use of CBS Learn. I test user performance as I aim to establish whether there is a difference between the two user groups or not. In generel, our findings reveal no significant difference between the two groups of users in time, click or errors. Qualitative data in this research remain unused, since it weren’t quantifiable.
However, a discussion of our findings concludes on a new perspective which through changes in our research design includes the usage of qualitative data.
